We employ staff to provide services and supports for individuals and families in their homes and local communities, as well as to teach job readiness skills for individuals we support through our Employment Connection department and an after school program.
Our Direct Support Professionals work in our day programs and residences, with a career ladder built into these positions for staff seeking advancement opportunities.
Job shadowing is incorporated into many of our departments to provide opportunities for learning about the job, program, and site where you will be working. Our mentor program provides support and guidance to new staff to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to be successful! We provide a dynamic one-week paid agency training, which includes state-mandated information as well as our values, mission, and philosophy of management.
