Corporate Configuration

Did you know that The ReHabilitation Center has different boards overseeing different corporations? Each corporation serves a specific purpose in an effort to help achieve our mission. We have a Cattaraugus Rehabilitation Center, Inc. board; a HUD corporation board; and our NYSARC, Cattaraugus County Chapter, Inc. board that all combine together to operate collectively as "The ReHabilitation Center."

These corporations oversee the programs, operations, and physical plant of The ReHabilitation Center, and provide oversight for financial accountability and for ensuring that all regulations are met. Their primary responsibilities include policy setting and laying the groundwork to ensure the future of the agency.

The Rehabilitation Foundation oversees all fundraising activity, with the programs of The ReHabilitation Center being the beneficiary of the Foundation's efforts. This board assists with all aspects of raising money including asking for gifts, introducing people in the community to the agency, personally contributing, and providing oversight for financial accountability.

We all work together for the same goal of improving the quality of life and maximizing independence for the people we serve.
