The ReHabilitation Center’s Corporate Compliance program is designed to govern contracts and conditions of participation in public program. The primary goals of the program are to:
* Prevent fraud, abuse and other improper activity by creating a culture of compliance within our agency.
* Detect any misconduct that may occur at an early stage before it creates a substantial risk of civil or criminal liability for The ReHab Center, and
* Respond swiftly to compliance problems through appropriate disciplinary and corrective action.
The program reflects our agency’s commitment to operating in accordance not only with the strict requirements of the law, but also in a manner that is consistent with high ethical and professional standards. The program applies to the full range of The ReHabilitation Center’s activities.
